Attorney Profiles

Michelle R. Calvert received her B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Pennsylvania in 1989. She continued her education at the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she earned her J.D., cum laude, in 1992.

Ms. Calvert was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1992 and practiced law in Cumberland and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania from 1992 until 1998, when she joined this law firm. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and The United States Supreme Court.

The professional associations in which Ms. Calvert is involved include the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she participates in the Corporate Bar Association. 

Ms. Calvert's practice is concentrated in the areas of Transactional, Business, Corporate, Hospital and Medical Law.  She also has considerable experience in estate planning and administration.
