Harry W. Fenton pursued his undergraduate studies at Davis & Elkins College where he received a Bachelor's degree in Earth and Environmental Science in 1981. He continued his legal education at Duquesne University, earning a J.D. in 1989.

Mr. Fenton was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1989. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fenton lends his expertise to the firm in the specialized areas of Criminal Defense, Litigation, Workers Compensation and Family Law. He is a member of the Criminal Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Fenton resides in Lebanon, where he serves as Treasurer of the Lebanon County Historical Society and as an appointed member of the Lebanon City Shade Tree Commission.
